Project-local HandManifest skills
Drop a HandManifest v1 JSON file at spec/<dir>/manifest.json in a project root and the Skill Library lists it under source = project with type = skill. The scanner pulls name and description from the JSON; structural problems are surfaced by senkani skill lint <path> rather than the scanner. Senkani's own spec/design-system/manifest.json (V.10a) is the first such skill to ship in-tree.
Authorship badge
Each skill row + detail header carries a subdued Untagged capsule. Skills are scanned from disk (no DB column to query); Phase V.5's authorship tagging covers Knowledge Base entries today. The badge marks the gap honestly rather than guessing.
Keyboard
Open via ⌘K → type the pane name. Close with ⌘W. Focus with ⌘+digit (the pane's position on the canvas).
