Global app preferences — theme, font size, default FCSIT, key bindings, telemetry (off by default). This is an app-level panel, not a pane type: it overlays the workspace rather than living on the canvas, so it does not appear in the pane types index.
Keyboard
Open from the app menu or its toolbar control. The panel overlays the current workspace; close it to return to the canvas. Per-pane optimizer state lives in each pane's own settings panel, opened from the pane header — see per-pane optimizers.
