Meet the founder
Renata Cole brought the hotel standard home.
Before Marigold, Renata spent nine years running housekeeping for a boutique hotel in the Triangle — the kind of place where a turned-down bed and a spotless bathroom aren't nice-to-haves, they're the whole promise.
She loved the craft of it: the checklists, the consistency, the quiet pride of a room that's genuinely ready for someone. What she couldn't stand was watching that same standard disappear the moment people hired a cleaner for their own home — a different stranger each time, no system, no accountability, and no one who actually remembered the house.
So in 2017 she started Marigold to fix exactly that: a hotel-grade standard, delivered to your home by a team that learns it the way a great housekeeper learns a property — by coming back.
