I've attached the updated roadmap for Q4. There are a few key changes from our last planning session that I wanted to highlight:
1. The search feature has been moved up to Sprint 3 based on customer feedback priority.
2. We're adding a new onboarding flow initiative starting in October.
3. The API v2 migration timeline has been extended by two weeks.
Please review the document before our Thursday meeting so we can finalize priorities. I'd especially like input on the resource allocation for the onboarding project.

One concern: the onboarding flow might conflict with the auth refactor we planned. Can we discuss?
+1 on Jordan's point about the auth refactor. I'd also suggest we scope the onboarding flow more tightly for the first iteration. Happy to help with the design spec.

The new component library is ready for review. I've pushed the changes to the staging environment and here's what's new:
- Updated button styles with better contrast ratios (WCAG AA compliant)
- New modal component with focus trap support
- Revised color tokens for dark mode compatibility
- Added 12 new icons to the icon set

A couple of things to consider for the sprint:
- We still have 3 carry-over items from last sprint that need to be re-estimated
- The QA team requested we allocate more time for regression testing
- I think we should discuss the tech debt items during planning

Attached is the monthly infrastructure cost breakdown. Here are the highlights:
- Total cloud spend: $42,300 (down 8% from last month)
- The database optimization work saved us ~$3,200/month
- CDN costs increased slightly due to higher traffic
- We're on track to hit our annual budget target
